AZ Zeno Knokke

For AZ Zeno in Knokke, STRABAG was responsible for the full interior fit-out and fixed furniture under package P03.01. We also coordinated a range of technical services, including sanitary installations, HVAC, electrical installations, lifts, the pneumatic tube system and medical gases. The total value of the works coordinated by STRABAG amounted to €52.6 million.

The hospital has three floors and comprises 214 single and double rooms, providing a total of 374 beds. The building also includes eight operating theatres and one hybrid operating theatre.

The project combined the extensive technical services required in a hospital environment with the fit-out of the various spaces. The coordination of these technical services therefore formed an important part of STRABAG’s scope of work.
