The STRABAG Teamconcept® is a unique partnership model that translates cooperation into concrete and contractually defined methods. For example, a predetermined price or a specific construction period. Client and general contractor start working together intensively from the early stages of the project. This continuous cooperation is the common thread throughout the project, both during development, execution and aftercare. An early exchange of knowledge, needs and experiences guarantees optimization of the project. This Design & Build approach offers maximum transparency, an excellent progress of the work and a fast and efficient reaction capability. The close collaboration with the customer ensures a balanced execution in which risks and conflicts quickly become clear and controllable. Rapid anticipation avoids unnecessary costs during the construction phase. A professional project team reduces costs and time and also guarantees a high-quality realization.
Design
The initial phase involves setting the outlines and defining the project objectives. STRABAG gets a say in the design or takes on the design . Our company also acts as a project consultant: a needs analysis, a site survey and an economic feasibility study result from this. These tools ultimately ensure the monitoring of defined targets in terms of budget, timing and constructability.
Implementation
During execution , STRABAG acts as general contractor. Implementation depends on the agreed budget, deadline and desired quality. At this stage, STRABAG is responsible for the entire project management, construction work and commissioning of the building complex.
Building Management
The client can also take advantage of an optional phase in which STRABAG assumes facility management. During operation , STRABAG is then responsible for maintenance on behalf of the owner and/or user. STRABAG's facility services include directing and controlling support activities such as renovations, expansions, renovations and maintenance. Consequently, our organization is open to the realisation of various DBFM projects.
