Modern office building in Belval, Luxembourg, featuring a flexible layout, 19 rental units, and an underground car park with 86 spaces and charging points for electric vehicles.
Following a design by the property developer STRABAG Real Estate (SRE), STRABAG Belgium (Luxembourg Region) has completed a new five-storey turnkey office building with a two-storey underground car park on the site at Square Mile 27E in Belval. The building is intended to accommodate 19 rental units, with a preliminary layout plan for these spaces provided.
The design prioritises flexibility in the use of office space. The planning process considered various office configurations—such as individual offices, mixed-use offices, and open-plan layouts—as well as the potential for third-party use. The total floor area of the office building is 7,045 m².
Beneath the building is an underground car park with 86 parking spaces and four additional standing spaces for temporary electric vehicle charging, along with technical and archive rooms. The total area of the underground parking facility is 4,344 m².
