Thanks to its strategic location near Roosendaal, Rosada Factory Outlet Center offers excellent accessibility for both Dutch and Belgian visitors. As the third and newest outlet destination in the Netherlands—alongside Roermond and Lelystad—Rosada expects to welcome around two million visitors annually.

The project was delivered under a Construction Management at Risk contract. Rosada features 75 retail units ranging from 100 to 800 m², complemented by over 1,000 parking spaces and an additional overflow capacity of 600 spots.
