Hasselt Fire Station

Within the temporary partnership, STRABAG Belgium was responsible for overall coordination and technical management of the project.

The new fire station was constructed on the Campus H site, a central hub where all of Hasselt’s safety and emergency services are brought together.

The facility features a six-story main building housing shared administrative functions. Beneath it lies a two-level underground parking garage with 118 spaces. The control room centralizes emergency services for 100 (ambulance and fire brigade), 101 (police), and 112 (European emergency number), supported by a high-security server room and the ASTRID communication network.

On the ground floor, the building accommodates vehicle depots for the security corps, along with a company restaurant, changing rooms, and showers.
