STRABAG Belgium has delivered two striking low-energy apartment buildings in Belval, offering 51 modern homes, an underground car park, and a vibrant urban lifestyle.
The BF20 LUX project, known as Residence Luc & Lena, is a real estate development by STRABAG Real Estate, with STRABAG Belgium responsible for its delivery. The project comprises two apartment buildings with a total of 51 units, an underground car park with 77 spaces on level -1, and storage rooms on level -2. The apartment buildings cover a total area of 5,400 m², while the underground parking spans 3,350 m².
These energy-efficient buildings are located in a major redevelopment zone in Belval. Once an industrial site, Belval (Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg) is rapidly evolving into a vibrant urban district, combining residential and office spaces to create a dynamic and attractive living environment.
