Regional Police Office Merksem

In addition to the police station, a residential development was built, comprising four apartments and a ground-floor commercial unit. An inner courtyard creates a semi-public passageway connecting Bredabaan with Winkelhaakstraat at the rear, where the commercial space is located. Two additional houses with gardens were constructed on Winkelhaakstraat, which also provides access to the underground car park.

The regional office was designed and built entirely in line with the latest security standards, featuring bullet-resistant glass and a visitor control system.
