T2 Campus
STRABAG Belgium, in partnership with Houben, has been awarded the contract to deliver this state-of-the-art talent and technology campus.
The campus will offer training opportunities for trainees, employees, job seekers, and entrepreneurs alike. From 2018 onwards, around 1,300 participants – both young people and adults – will take part daily in inspiring technology modules and hands-on projects.
Following STRABAG’s successful delivery of the EnergyVille and IncubaThor projects at the Thor Park site, the company was also entrusted with this ambitious development.
The building is designed around three main components. On the ground floor, a highly flexible industrial hall will provide a wide range of workshops and study spaces for diverse courses. The upper floors will feature classrooms for larger group training programmes. These classrooms and studios are interconnected by a spacious atrium, which also serves as an exhibition area.
