STRABAG carried out a construction project to convert a four-star hotel into a five-star destination, adding seminar rooms and premium features.
STRABAG Belgium delivered the turnkey renovation and restoration of this five-star hotel. The property now offers 181 rooms, ten suites, a duplex suite, and a presidential suite. Spacious rooms (25–42 m²) feature elegant Oriental-inspired interiors, while suites range from 45 m² to 170 m². STRABAG also constructed the spa area, including sauna, steam bath, swimming pool, and gym. In addition, the project incorporated a business center, secretarial office, and flexible meeting spaces—all designed and executed by STRABAG.
