Tervuren Police

STRABAG Belgium delivered the new police station for the Voer & Dijle Police Zone in Tervuren, combining functionality with sustainable design.

The assignment included closed shell works, high-quality interior finishing, and technical installations.

The building, located on the new industrial estate in Tervuren-Vossem, now houses the police departments of four municipalities—Tervuren, Bertem, Oud-Heverlee, and Huldenberg—united in one police zone. This site was strategically chosen for its central location and proximity to major access roads, ensuring optimal response times for interventions.
