Tervuren Police

The turnkey contract included the structural works, finishing, and technical installations of the building.

The complex comprises an office building with workspaces for various services, a sports hall, two collective cells, seven individual cells, and one juvenile cell. In addition, there is a parking facility for a wide range of service vehicles.

The building is located in the new industrial zone in Tervuren-Vossem, a central position deliberately chosen for its proximity to major access roads, ensuring optimal response times for interventions. The new police station will accommodate the police services of Tervuren, Bertem, Huldenberg, and Oud-Heverlee, which together form the Voer and Dijle Police Zone.

For heat generation and rainwater recovery, the building uses sustainable collective installations provided by Interleuven. The heating network operates with an underground seasonal buffer and solar collectors, while rainwater is treated and reused through an innovative filtration system.
