STRABAG Belgium delivers commercial buildings and complexes, from hotels to shopping and outlet centres. For these projects, quality and technical execution are important, but so are efficient organisation and rigorous planning. Particularly when a planned opening is a key project milestone, design, building services, construction and logistics need to be carefully coordinated.

From an early stage, we work closely with the client to address the technical feasibility, planning and execution of the project. A well-considered project strategy and optimal coordination of the various construction activities help us organise the construction process efficiently and effectively, while closely monitoring the agreed programme. We also take into account the specific requirements of the building, its commercial functions and the subsequent fit-out.

Our local expertise in areas including BIM, MEP, LEAN and digitalisation supports this integrated approach. It enables the different disciplines to be coordinated at an early stage, technical challenges to be addressed during preparation and planning, and construction processes to be optimised in a targeted way. Depending on the chosen form of collaboration, we can also provide a Design & Build approach, closely aligning design and construction.

When selecting construction methods, we also look for solutions that meet the technical and economic requirements of the project. Where the design and project-specific conditions allow, prefabricated and modular solutions can, for example, be used to organise construction efficiently.
