Elia Service Center
STRABAG Belgium has been awarded the contract for the construction of Elia's new Service Center in Kruisem.
Mo-Thor
The temporary joint venture STRABAG–Cordeel (50/50) was awarded the turnkey contract for Phase 1 of the Mo-Thor project, better known as the FacThory building.
Refuga
STRABAG Belgium, together with Construction Company Dethier, partnered on Vestio and Kolmont’s Refuga development project.
Cadix A5
STRABAG Belgium delivered the turnkey Cadix A5 project on Antwerp’s Eilandje, an extensive development combining residential and commercial spaces.
Books
On Hasselt’s Dusartplein, STRABAG Belgium constructed ‘Residentie Books’, a distinctive nine-storey residential building with a unique architectural concept.
Quartier Bleu
Quartier Bleu is a landmark waterfront development on the Kanaalkom, right in the heart of Hasselt.
MobHub
STRABAG Belgium was awarded the contract for the turnkey construction of a new multi-storey parking facility at Arenberg Park in Heverlee.
De Gendarmerie
STRABAG Belgium was entrusted with the turnkey construction of ‘De Gendarmerie’, a new multifunctional neighbourhood centre in Aalst.
MRCC Ostend
STRABAG Belgium carried out the renovation of the building housing the Marine Guidance Department and the Maritime Rescue and Coordination Centre (MRCC).
Stadsarchief Sint-Niklaas
STRABAG’s project included building an entirely new wing of the City Hall along the Park Street side.
Thor Central
The historic Waterschei mining building has been transformed into Thor Park’s central hub, featuring an auditorium, hospitality services, childcare facilities and cutting-edge energy-saving technologies.
