From an early stage, we work closely with the client to address technical feasibility, planning and execution. Depending on the chosen form of collaboration, we can also provide a Design & Build approach, closely aligning design and construction. In this way, we work with the client to identify solutions that contribute to quality, efficiency and a well-managed construction process.

A well-considered project strategy forms the basis of every project. We carefully coordinate design, building services, construction and logistics to ensure optimal coordination of the different construction activities. Locally, we have specialist expertise in areas including BIM, MEP, LEAN and digitalisation. This allows technical challenges to be addressed at an early stage and enables planning and construction processes to be optimised in a targeted way.

When selecting construction methods, we also look for solutions that meet the specific technical and economic requirements of the project. Where the design and project-specific conditions allow, prefabricated and modular solutions can, for example, be used to organise the construction process efficiently.

Our local engineering expertise is further strengthened by the knowledge and capabilities of the international STRABAG Group. This gives our teams access to an extensive network of specialist engineering expertise and technical solutions for complex challenges.
