STRABAG Belgium delivers office projects for both public- and private-sector clients, ranging from individual office buildings to larger office complexes and administrative buildings. Each project requires careful coordination between architecture, functionality, building services and construction, taking into account the specific requirements of the client and building users.

Office buildings are becoming increasingly technically complex. Heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, electrical systems, data infrastructure and other building services need to be carefully coordinated, both with one another and with the architecture and interior fit-out. From an early stage, we work closely with the client to address technical feasibility, planning and execution, identifying solutions that meet the functional and technical requirements of the project.

A well-considered project strategy, rigorous planning and optimal coordination of the various construction activities provide the basis for an efficient and well-managed construction process. We pay particular attention to the integration of building services and the quality of the finishes. The different stages leading up to completion, commissioning and, where applicable, interior fit-out also require careful coordination.

Our local expertise in areas including BIM, MEP, LEAN and digitalisation supports this integrated approach. BIM enables design and technical disciplines to be coordinated at an early stage, while our MEP and LEAN expertise contributes to the coordination of building services and the optimisation of planning and construction processes. Depending on the chosen form of collaboration, we can also provide a Design & Build approach, closely aligning design and construction.

When selecting construction methods and technical solutions, we also consider the specific technical and economic requirements of the project. Where the design and project-specific conditions allow, prefabricated and modular solutions can, for example, be used to organise construction efficiently.

Our local engineering expertise is further strengthened by the knowledge and capabilities of the international STRABAG Group. This gives our teams access to an extensive network of specialist engineering expertise and technical solutions for complex challenges.
